Bookings. Sending the online form is a booking request. Your slot is confirmed only after ACPL calls you and receives payment (UPI, card or bank transfer). Prices are per hour plus 18% GST. Studio hours are 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including Saturday and Sunday.

Extras. Anchors and hair & make-up are charged separately; the studio confirms their price by phone before the session.

Capacity. Up to 3 people on camera or mic.

Rescheduling. [e.g. Free once, if requested at least 24 hours before the session, subject to availability.]

Cancellation and refunds. [e.g. Full refund for cancellations 48 hours or more before the session; 50% refund between 24 and 48 hours; no refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.]

Late arrival and overtime. [e.g. Sessions end at the booked time. Extra time, if the studio is free, is billed per hour.]

Use of the studio. [e.g. Customers are responsible for damage to equipment caused by misuse. No food or drinks near equipment.]

Recordings and editing. [e.g. Raw files are handed over at the end of the session. Premium edits are delivered within X working days.]
